I do all of my photo layouts in Photoshop Elements. It is the best photo program ever. Definitely worth the money. I'm not sure if you are familiar with Photoshop, but Elements is so super easy compared to it.
You got her ears pierced!!! How fun! She is sooooooo beautiful... and sparkly :)
